Termos os quais deve estar ciente antes de fazer uma encomenda comigo:
1- Não faço: NSFW, gore pesado, mecha;
2- Eu posso e irei recusar qualquer pedido que seja desrespeitoso e/ou me deixe desconfortável;
3- O prazo de envio do desenho é de 1 semana a 1 mês, caso você precise recebê-lo com antecedência me avise com anterioridade;
4- O desenho será enviado no formato .PNG via E-Mail ou Google Drive;
5- Não serão feitos reembolsos porém irei enviar prints durante o processo do desenho;
6- As encomendas são de uso pessoal. Caso queria encomendar um trabalho com intuito de comercializá-lo favor comunicar esse detalhe antes de começarmos o trabalho para estabelecer questões de direitos autorais e valores destas vendas;
7- As encomendas de uso pessoal não devem ser utilizadas com fins lucrativos, por exemplo: prints ou plágio. Você pode presentear alguém com o meu trabalho ou usá-lo em suas redes sociais;
8- Você não pode retirar minha assinatura porém pode pedir para eu muda-la de lugar;
9- Eu posso fazer pequenas alterações no desenho durante o processo, porém não posso modificá-lo por inteiro;
10- A complexidade do desenho pode alterar o valor do mesmo;
11- O desenho será feito após o pagamento;
12- Pagamento via PicPay, Paypal ou Pix;
13-O dinheiro não será retornado caso haja desistência por parte do cliente. Somente caso o artista tenha que cancelar a encomenda, o valor total pago será retornado;ENGLISH
Terms you need to know before making an order with me:
1- THINGS I WON'T draw: mecha, NSFW, things that make me uncomfortable or disrespectful;
2- I can and will refuse any request that is disrespectful and / or makes me uncomfortable;
3- The time period is between 1 week to 1 month, in an urgency case let me know with antecedence;
4- The piece will be in .PNG format and will be delivered via Email or Google Drive;
5- I DON'T work with refunds, however i will send screenshots during the process, to see if any changes will be needed;
6- The piece/pieces are for personal use. If you want to do commercial work with my service, please let me know about it BEFORE I start the process, so we can establish copyright issues and their values.
7- The piece/pieces that are for personal use shouldn't be used for profit or to sell, for example: prints or plagiarism. You can gift someone, or use it in your social medias;
8- You can´t take out my watermark/signature from the drawing (but I can move it to other spot of your preference);
9- Editions can be made but without completely changing it;
10- The complexity of the piece can change its value
11- The drawing will be started only AFTER the payment;
12- The payment (invoice) will be received via Paypal;
